Guatemala - Mission Trip

During this mission-focused trip, the group will serve at El Olam, a Christian School run by Oseas and Jane Cordero in Jocotan, a municipality in the Chiquimula department of Guatemala. Last year, the group spent time with local preschoolers to sixth-graders teaching Bible and PE, hosting a basic medical clinic, and hosting a Vacation Bible School. They also painted the kids' area of the church, cleaned and made repairs, and even had some time to relax in Antigua.

Join us on the trip of a lifetime! Our journey will include a variety of Biblical sites including the Sea of Galilee and the Mount of Olives. Walk where Jesus walked in Jerusalem, weep where Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, and rejoice where Jesus was resurrected.

Who can go: CAK Juniors, Seniors, and Alumni who are interested in the medical field
Cost: Approximately $3,000

Our team will spend the last two weeks in June in Kenya at Tenwek Hospital, serving the missionary doctors there, observing surgeries, shadowing healthcare professionals, and learning about medical missions firsthand! A 2-day safari will follow our time at the hospital. Check out our blog from the previous years to see a day to day account of all that goes on!

CAK students get a chance to practice their French skills while spreading God's love when they travel to Montreal, Canada to work the Renaissance Church. Last year, the group of 34 spent time in service around the community including working in a kitchen at a shelter, helping pastors run the Jean Baptist festival, sorting clothes at a local ministry store, handing out coffee to bring a smile to travelers, and more.
