  • Faculty Spotlight: Angie Mynatt

    Each year students spend roughly 1,000 hours in school. At CAK, we think it's important for you to know who is in the classroom teaching your children. We will be sharing faculty spotlights each month throughout the year to help you get to know our dedicated teachers!

    Today we are shining our spotlight on Angie Mynatt, the 7th Grade World History teacher! This is the start of Mrs. Mynatt's 29th year teaching at CAK.

  • New Head HS Softball Coach

    CAK is pleased to announce Charles Matthews as the new head High School Softball Coach. Coach Matthews has been coaching softball for 20 years. He has been president of the Tennessee Velocity, the Tennessee Sting, and now the Tennessee White Lightning. He has numerous former players who have gone on to play college ball and several who are now coaches in college and high school. Most recently, he has been the head middle school coach and an assistant high school coach at CAK.

    Coach Matthews believes in hard work, competition, and staying positive. He believes that if we keep God in the center of everything we do, our hard work will prosper.
