Faculty Spotlight- Taylor Walker

Happy Teacher Tuesday! 🍎 We love celebrating the teachers who make CAK such a special place to learn and grow.

Say hello to Taylor Walker, who brings joy and curiosity to one of our preschool classrooms at CAK! Taylor has been teaching here for five years, but her journey with the school started even earlier when her own boys joined preschool. “I was thrilled when God opened up a door for me to join the preschool department I so deeply cared for,” Taylor recalls.

Taylor loves that she gets to work with preschoolers every day. “Preschoolers are my people. Their curiosity and love for school become contagious. I love that they so willingly invite me into their special world.” She also treasures being part of a community where she can openly share her faith and plant seeds of Christ’s love in her students’ hearts.

Outside of school, Taylor enjoys cheering for her three boys—Charlie, Jack, and Camden—on the sports fields, making family memories, and rooting for the Tennessee Volunteers and Chicago Cubs. She also loves road trips and discovering new destinations with her family.

Taylor’s heart for her students and her passion for teaching are just a few of the reasons we’re grateful to have her as part of the CAK family.
