Arts

Visual Arts

CAK’s visual arts program encourages students to see the world with creativity and purpose. Through courses in drawing, studio art, photography, and 2-D and 3-D design, students build foundational skills while exploring their own artistic voice. With an emphasis on both technique and expression, students learn to create thoughtfully and engage with the visual world around them.

The arts also offer lessons that extend far beyond the classroom. As students discover the value of creating something with their own hands, they learn to observe carefully, think creatively, and persevere through challenges. Art students also enjoy the camaraderie and creative freedom of working together in the classroom.
