Facility Request Process

CAK has started using a new program to better manage our on-campus facilities!

Starting with the 2011-12 academic year, all facility requests will need to be entered into this electronic system. We ask for your patience in this transition. On your first attempt to use this new electronic form, you will be asked to set up an account. This will only take a few moments of your time.
