Current On-Campus Opportunities
CAK Café Mornings
Each school will have two mornings set aside for visitors to enjoy a cup of coffee and hear from that particular building's principals and staff. Following a brief presentation, group tours will take place including points of interest that are involved in the education of students of the given school.
Details regarding 2013 CAK Café events: All events are on Wednesday; arrive at 9:00 a.m. and park at the specific school building presenting CAK Café for the day; each event will originate in the school's lobby. The schedule is as follows:
- February 27 — Elementary School (PreK - 5th Grade)
- March 6 — Middle School (6th - 8th Grades)
- March 13 — High School (9th - 12th Grades)
- April 3 — Elementary School
- April 10 — Middle School
- April 17 — High School
Private Tours & Shadow Days
Attending a group event, such as those listed above, isn't necessary. We understand that everyone has different schedules, needs and preferences. To best accommodate you, personal, one-on-one campus tours are scheduled year-round allowing for specific questions to be asked and interests or concerns to be addressed. The opportunity to shadow a CAK student is open to applicants interested in grades 6 - 12. Shadow days are scheduled by appointment for families already working through the admission process. Please contact Amy Williams, who will assist in making the necessary arrangements with the appropriate principal. Please note that some days are not open for shadowing due to special events or off-campus trips.
NOTE: It is parental preference as to whether or not you choose to bring your children to an open house event or tour. The admissions office does not have a policy relating to this option.
