Welcome from the Director of Admissions
Christian education is a privilege, and consideration of this option for your family shouldn't be entered into lightly. My role is to guide you through the process -- whether you're new to the Knoxville area or home-grown and ready for a change; whether you're familiar with Christian education or feeling God leading your family to this new path. Browsing our website is a wise first move, and I applaud you for taking time to explore what CAK has to offer. Most everything you need to get started can be found with a simple click or two: online application components, tuition information, campus current events, course offerings, spiritual emphasis, arts and athletics, etc. You'll discover that from 3-year-olds through 12th grade, our students are challenged academically and encouraged spiritually by experienced and dedicated Christian staff and faculty.
Even though the information available on this website is helpful, a visit to campus is the best way to know if applying to CAK is something you'd like to pursue. I conduct personal tours throughout the year by appointment. Call me today, and let's schedule a time to get together -- we'll cover your questions and concerns while we walk through the areas of campus that best apply to your family's needs.
One last word of encouragment as you consider making an application to CAK: Please be aware that the normal application process could take up to 3 to 6 weeks to complete. Please see the application timeline posted on the Applying to CAK link (found to your left), and note the application deadline of March 1, 2014, for the upcoming school year.
I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to CAK!
