Welcome from the High School Principal

Welcome to the CAK High School page. I trust the information you find here will be helpful as you browse our site. Our school motto, "Servants, Scholars, Disciples" reflects what we as a faculty and staff are committed to in regard to each student's tenure here.  Desiring for each student to gain an appreciation for academia in a God-honoring way, to fully understand the words Jesus used in describing a disciple and living a life committed to serving others is the heart of our vision.

Teaching, mentoring, and modeling is an important part of our daily instruction at CAK.  The "Journey" is unique to each student and most often involves mountains and valleys, but every step of this journey is covered with God's unchanging and unwavering gift of grace and conveying that life is more often a marathon than a sprint

Desiring for each student to take ownership of their academic, spiritual and social progression is the intended result.  Graduation is but one milestone. Ensuring they have an understanding of the journey they are traveling and the tools they need for accomplishment is the greater goal.  In addition, we strive to equip students who are willing to take spiritual risks for the kingdom and to sacrifice for His purpose.

We attempt to complete this vision using a wide variety of college-prep classes, co-curricular programs, clubs, honor societies, fine arts opportunities, sports, chapels, capstone projects/presentations, special programs and mentoring opportunities.  This year's theme verse is Psalm 46:10, "Be still and know that I am God..."  We will use this verse to remind one another that God is in control of the journey and regardless of where they are, He is pursuing our hearts, that they may "Love the Lord God with all their heart, soul and mind."

Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can assist you in any way.

Pressing on,
